1. Every effort will be made to hold every event despite poor weather or playing restrictions due to a pandemic. This may include a venue change.  It is everyone's best interest to hold the event so if the event is on no refunds will be offered. 
2. Due to non-refundable costs paid up front for fields, refs, managers, goals, insurance, directors, coaches, awards, uniforms, vendors, etc...under no circumstances will a team or family receive a full refund if any event including games are cancelled by MDLX Events before or during the event. 
3. No refunds of any amounts will be issued at any time for any tournaments or showcases if teams or players cancel or drop out for the following reasons: pandemics, not enough players, forfeits, score discrepancy, no-shows, venue changes, costs, sickness, injury, fights or age eligibility disputes.
4. No refunds will be issued for games shortened or if one game is canceled due to weather.
5. If a team plays three games in a 2-Day tournament they will not be eligible for a refund due to weather.
6. If a team only plays 0, 1 or 2 games in a 2 or 3-day tournament due to weather, that team will receive a $250.00 refund or a $350 credit towards a future MDLX Tournament.
7. There are no refunds for 1-day tournaments or 1-day showcases. A credit may be considered on a case by case basis. 
8. No refunds will be issued for playoff or championship games canceled due to weather.
9. At Showcases any player who commits to a college after registration, will receive a full refund less $50 admin fee but ONLY if they request before one week of the event start date. 
10. At Showcases refunds due to major injury that prevents a player from playing will be subject to a $50 admin fee. A letter from Doctor may be required at least 14 days prior to the event start date.   
11. At Showcases there are no refunds or credits for no-shows or cancellations for ANY reason if within 4 weeks of the start date of any event.  Exception: The Show summer which has a special later cancellation date.
12. At Showcases you will receive a full refund if you are waitlisted and we are unable to offer you a spot and get you in.
