For Fall Events:
Due to upfront non-refundable costs, there are no full refunds after June 15. However, if we can replace your son with a waitlisted player in the same position after June 15th, we will offer you a full refund less a $75 admin fee. After September 5th there are no refunds of any kind no matter what.
For Summer Events:
Due to upfront non-refundable costs, there are no full refunds after Feb 15. However, if we can replace your son with a waitlisted player in the same position after Feb 15th, we will offer you a full refund less a $75 admin fee. After May 1st there are no refunds of any kind no matter what.
Madlax has a convenient "Stay and Play" policy for all Madlax events. Each team registering must make their hotel reservations through the HOTEL BOOKING link associated with the event in order to play. Staying at an approved hotel is an event requirement.
Locking in the best rates possible and being welcomed back in the facility community where we generate revenue, are the reasons behind the Stay and Play policy.
